Harrison C. Dušek

Biography
With a strong foundation in trial advocacy and estate planning, Harrison C. Dušek brings a results-driven approach to legal representation. After earning his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, he began his legal career under the mentorship of attorney Donna Shumate in Sparta, North Carolina. When Ms. Shumate was appointed as a North Carolina District Court Judge, Mr. Dušek established and managed his own general practice law firm, successfully representing clients in North Carolina and Tennessee trial courts.
Through trials, motions practice, and alternative dispute resolution, Mr. Dušek has secured numerous favorable outcomes for his clients. He is dedicated to providing strategic, client-focused legal solutions, ensuring that every case is handled with diligence and precision.
A native of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Mr. Dušek is an avid Tar Heel fan. Outside of the courtroom, he enjoys attending Orthodox Church services at his parish and exploring the Appalachian wilderness through off-roading, hiking, and fishing. He resides with his wife, daughter, and a Sarplaninac, a giant Serbian livestock guardian dog (pronounced: Shar-Plan-Een-Ats).

Amber brings not only experience but also a deep sense of commitment and purpose to her work. She is married to a retired combat veteran and is the proud mother of a 10-year-old son—her greatest inspirations. Her dedication to family translates seamlessly into her professional life, where she works tirelessly to support clients and uphold the firm's values of integrity and service.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys assembling and framing jigsaw puzzles, often gifting them as thoughtful keepsakes. She is also an avid reader and book collector, with a deep appreciation for literature and lifelong learning.
